Inspection, grading, restocking, liquidation. Turn returns from a cost center into a recovered revenue stream.
— What's Included
Every returned unit is received, opened, and inspected against a defined condition matrix. We photograph damage, verify contents, and log each item's condition before it moves to the next step.
Grade A and Grade B items are cleaned, repackaged, and restocked for resale. We update your inventory system in real time so sellable returns are back on the shelf — not sitting in a returns pile.
Unsellable inventory doesn't have to be a total loss. We connect you with liquidation buyers, donation programs, and responsible disposal channels to recover maximum value from every unit.
For electronics, appliances, and other refurbishable categories, we coordinate light repair and cleaning to bring Grade C items back to sellable condition. More recovery, less waste.
— How It Works
Customer returns arrive at our facility via your preferred carrier. Each package is logged with a return authorization number and queued for processing.
Every unit is inspected against your condition matrix: Grade A (like new), Grade B (minor cosmetic), Grade C (functional, visible wear), or Unsellable. Photos are taken for every non-Grade-A item.
Based on grade and your instructions, each unit is routed to restock, refurbishment, liquidation, or disposal. You set the rules; we execute them consistently.
Sellable items are cleaned, repackaged, and returned to active inventory. Liquidation items are batched and sent to buyers. Disposal items are handled responsibly.
You get a returns report showing volume, grade breakdown, recovery rate, and disposition for every return processed. Know exactly how much value you're recovering.
